Natural treatments for depression

Many people all over the world suffer from various forms of depression.  Some treatments for depression involve medication, which in some cases do have side effects.  If your doctor has diagnosed your depression as mild and not server enough for medication, then it maybe worth your while to consider some .

#1.  Ensure you are eating properly.  Eliminate all sugars and processed foods.  Adopt a diet of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. If you can, eliminate altogether or reduce your coffee intake.  Drink herbal teas instead.
#2.  Exercise.  Get out and walk in the fresh air for at least 30 mins a day. 
#3.  Find someone to talk to.  This could be a trusted friend you can confidentially confide in or a councilor.  Use that person to off load all your thoughts, troubles and fears.  It really does help.
#4.  Go to an herbalist or naturopath and see if they can recommend some vitamins. 
#5.  Look after yourself.  Pamper yourself and put yourself ahead of the needs of your children or husband.  Remember you are just as important and deserve the best.
